Happy gobbles!
It's 19F this crisp beautiful snowy Thanksgiving morning. I had a little time before our flight out this morning, and I wanted to wish you a Happy Thanksgiving. I hope your holiday consists of good food, great company, and fewer than three swings at eachother.
See you when I get back. Briefly.

One day I hope to understand why, exactly, Thanksgiving is celebrated so much later in the States than in Canada…
But, as you say every year, “happy turchee day”!

Different harvest times, really — it starts getting colder up here just a little bit earlier… (Not that it makes much of a difference on what you can buy at the Safeway nowadays, but it's tradition now.)
